Over the past 25 years of being in private practice, I’ve helped my clients overcome chronic pain from stress, sports injuries, accidents, and muscular imbalances. Every one of them is unique in the way their bodies hold stress and tension. With that in mind, I personalize each bodywork session, using progressive body technologies, which result in an intuitive therapeutic flow.

Who are my clients?

Most of my clients come to me through referrals. I work with each client to make sure that they experience a deeper awareness of their role in healing. To keep the beneficial results cumulative, I offer easy to follow self-care practices to use between visits.

The majority of my clients have been coming to me for years. They know that taking care of themselves with regular therapeutic massage will boost immune function, relieve stress, and enhance overall longevity and well-being.  I am grateful to help so many people express their lives by being able to do the things that matter most to them!

What can you expect during your visit?

I am an Integrative Therapist. Each session is completely different and I draw on a myriad of modalities deepening on what is required for freedom. I view bodywork as an Art of Movement and education and I am mindful create choices from of balance of skill, experience, and intuition.
