Our Somatic Wellness family has many things in common, the most notable being our inherent commitment to health & wellbeing, and our desire for learning new ways to take care of ourselves and others.

Our next Somatic Sanctuary  is Saturday, May 10th, 2025. The anatomical focus and theme is the Lower Body ~ Pelvis, Hips, Legs & Feet.

These somatic movements are designed to relieve tension and help prevent common discomforts like sciatica, tight hamstrings, and pelvic floor, disorder to name a few... promoting greater ease and freedom in your daily life.

This workshop will be co-facilitated by James Knight and Certified GSY Teacher Maria Zervas. Together, we’ll explore elements of our newest GSY-inspired approach, Somatic Resilience, which integrates fascial hydration techniques using an inflatable Pilates (or similar) exercise ball. Please bring your own ball or purchase one here in advance to ensure you're prepared for next month’s practice.
