Gentle Somatic Yoga® (GSY) is an evidence-based and heart-centered method for whole-body healing. In this practice, through exploring therapeutic Somatic Movement Flows®, muscles can be re-programmed the beneficial and cumulative results can include: significant increased flexibility, mobility, and embodied states of peace and wellbeing.
