James has been a Certified Hanna Somatic Educator, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance, E-RYT), and an Integrative Therapist for over 25 years. His passion is to inspire others into the path of self-mastery.
With his combined experience as an intuitive bodyworker, psychotherapist, and movement educator James found a way to combine the most progressive life enhancing techniques into a seamless flow of breath and mindful movement. Gentle Somatic Yoga was born out of years of exploring ways to connect with deepest part of ourselves.
James is based out of San Diego, California, however spends much of his time traveling the world facilitating teacher training certifications, workshops, and spiritual retreats, He also enjoys connecting with healing communities, gardening, designing sacred spaces, photography, painting, spending time with friends, and being with his dog Leela.
