A viscious Cycle

Most people report that their thinking mind is constantly active (Monkey Brain). It is often reviewing a past or future event: analyzing, judging, and making up strategies to survive a percieved threat.

This process can become a vicious cycle because mental/emotional stress gets stored in our body’s tissues (muscle and fascia). The body can register this as pain and stiffness. Oftentimes these symptoms can lead to other debilitating health conditions.
